The "Secret" Conspiracy

There is a new trend in business opportunity emails these days.

It is the "secret" conspiracy theory where you are told that the
gurus are out right lying to you.  You are told that their ebooks,
programs and systems that promise you the moon are flat out
lies.  They lie to you to get your money and leave you high and
dry.

Well guess what?  They are NOT  lying to you.  It IS possible
to do what they say can be done.  The "lie", if we must call it
that, is that you can copy what they did and enjoy the same
success.  And I doubt it's really a lie.  They mean well, and
some of them did achieve great success.  Others are promoting
the same programs, systems etc using the same marketing
materials - you know that "duplication" thing.  So you may get
an email from Joe Blow, claiming that this system made him
filthy rich, when the copy is really not Joe's at all.  The creator
of the system probably wrote the copy, and it may very well
be the God's honest truth - for HIM...

The fact is that most of the gurus are frustrated as heck because
they know what they've got worked for them.  They don't get
why it isn't working for everyone.  It is the mystery of marketing,
but I think I know why it is... here's my theory...

You are not them.  Duplication is really a myth.  You cannot
duplicate another person.  It is simply impossible.  You need
a "system" that teaches you the ropes, but that you can add
your own spin to.  And to add your own spin, you have to
learn.  That is why, on average, it takes people 4 to 6 years
of trial and error before they start making money online.  Those
who don't start making money, usually gave up, and often just
before they were about to make a break through.  Those who
forge on, in spite of their failures, in spite of the money they have
doled out over and over... start to see the light.

That learning curve can be reduced, and the cost can be
drastically reduced IF you find the right GROUP of people.
Note, I said GROUP, not MENTOR.  You need more than
one person.  You need to be part of a mastermind group.
You MUST surround yourself with people like you, and with
people who are better than you.  This is not easy, because
you have to be a good detective to ensure that you join the
right group of people.

There really is no conspiracy to keep the truth hidden from you. 
There are just very few people who have really examined what
caused their own success, outside of their determination and
unstoppable attitude.  Those things are absolute requirements

have to go through the 4 to 6 years of banging your head against

marketer's mindset... they just need some tweaking to pull it all
together.
